Just pop your name into the field and voila, you have so much information behind your name and hopefully some further understanding of yourself.
There are a few things you need to know about your life purpose.
Shadow: Your shadow represents your weakness in this life and is the aspect of self that must be mastered to remain vigilant on the spiritual path. In some ways your shadow crystal represents the theme the ego would take to steal your life purpose and thus your higher purpose.
Purpose: Your purpose crystal represents the goal you have chosen for your lower-self in this life (lower three in-body chakras) Essentially it is the reason you are here and the lesson you have come to learn and perhaps offer to others. The mastery of your purpose crystal opens doorways to your higher purpose.
Higher Purpose: Your higher purpose crystal represents the goal you have chosen for your higher-self in this life (upper three in-body chakras) This crystal is visited more and more based on your ability to carry your lower purpose through your Heart and work spiritually. Your higher purpose crystal is an ever building journey.
My shadow is Rose Quartz (Crystal of Forgiveness) – Stored negative emotion. Rose Quartz is usually top of the list for most people when they buy their first physical crystal – not so for me… I never really liked the physical crystal and only had a small piece to start with. Initially I thought – I am good at this, I forgive people, and I am mostly happy. Took me about six months to delve deeper into this one.
I now recognise that I can hold a grudge and for those things/thoughts/emotions I struggle with, they certainly do go around and around and around in my mind and I am not able to let them go. Now that I understand my shadow I am able to recognise when I am doing this and certainly try hard to get myself out of the swirl.
My purpose is Fluorite (Crystal of Mental Mastery) and yes – I love this crystal and it would have been one of the first physical crystals I ever purchased. It is such a pretty crystal and so diverse in both colours and shapes.
I approach everything from the mental aspect, it is one of the reasons I created this website so that I could place everything I know/research into one area (and you should see my spreadsheets and One Note documents about the liquid crystals)
Fluorite is also about linking the heart and the mind which is always a work in progress – the mind I have got covered (mostly)but definitely need to work on the heart stuff as well.
My higher purpose is Lapis Lazuli (crystal of Realization) I was so pleased that to discover this is my higher purpose. I have always been fascinated by all things egypt and Lapis has such a strong connection to egypt. I also love the symbol on the Lapis card as well as the colours, let’s face it – I love the whole card.
I was not so pleased to learn the animal totem for this crystal is the snake, I have always had an aversion to snakes – I did grow up spending a lot of time in the bush and from early age was taught to respect that snakes were something to respect. I am learning to embrace snakes and what they mean but am not able to hold one … yet.
The Cambridge Dictionary states realization to be “the fact or moment of starting to understand a situation’ and “the act or moment of achieving something you planned to do or hoped for” I certainly have plenty of these a-ha moments and hopefully allow others around me to have these as well. As always, learning what my higher purpose means to me is definitely a journey of self discovery.
Once you have learnt about your own name purpose and what it means, you can also use this tool for just about everything, look up your partner, your family, your phone number, the street you live in, the suburb you live in… the possibilities are endless. When using the tool to look up stuff that is physical (as in not someone’s name) simply use the purpose crystal (the middle card).
For example you were to place the word Sunstone and Sage into the tool, the three cards that come up are Chrysacolla (Shadow), Azurite (Purpose) and Pink Tourmaline (Higher Purpose). You would look at the purpose crystal only in this example. Does this mean that the purpose of this business name is Focus – Azurite’s simple purpose … I like to think so.
