Oils for Caravanning and Camping
My husband and I were away in our caravan last week at Woodgate in Queensland. The joys of beach caravanning life which we love.
I was adamant that I was taking my oils with me and so glad I did. So far I have just about used all of them in one way or another. I took the diffuser, the oils and some fractionated coconut oil and glass roll on’s.
Here is some of the ways I have used them.
- Helped out some neighbours with Easy Air for respiratory support.
- Lavender and Purify to assist with those pesky little mosquito bites.
- Husband mentioned his back was sore and asked ‘what oil have you got to help me’ haha – out came the fractionated coconut oil and Ice Blue – helped him a lot.
- In the diffuser at night – all types of oils but mainly Cedarwood to naturally repel insects inside the van, and TerraArmour (Repellent Blend) which is available in Australia.
- Diffuser during the day ~ my favourite ~ Citrus Bliss and Wild Orange.
- On Guard to assist with the cleaning of inside of the van, sprayed on with water.
So in a nutshell what oils should you take camping … my answer is all of them, if you have the room – because you never know what you are going to need.
